We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unlike the previous policy stating all sales are final, we clarify that eligible jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6.2 Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original tags, seals, and certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) must be intact and returned with the item.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6.3 Return Process

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our support team. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
