Returns & Exchanges
Return Period & Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the item remains in its original, unworn condition.
- All tags, seals, and certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) must be intact.
- Original packaging and documentation are required.
- Lot of Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear or alteration.
Non-Returnable & Special Cases
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry — non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Engraved items — eligible for return, with a USD 30 / EUR 25 service fee.
- Missing gemological certificates — subject to a USD 250 replacement fee.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at support@lotofjewelry.com to obtain an RMA number.
- Repack the item carefully, noting your RMA on the package.
- Use the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team.
Refunds & Processing
All items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Defects, Exchanges & Warranty
If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 business days. We will arrange a return, repair, or replacement. All products are covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty.

Every gemstone used by Lot of Jewelry is hand-selected from certified, ethical sources. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by leading laboratories such as GIA or IGI.
Customization Options
- Choose your preferred gemstone and metal (white, yellow, or rose gold, platinum, or silver).
- Modify an existing design or create one from your own sketch.
- Estimated production time: 4–8 weeks.
Engraving & Personal Touch
Personalize your piece with laser engraving — names, initials, or symbolic dates can be added discreetly. Engraving does not affect the jewelry’s integrity or warranty.
Jewelry Care & Maintenance
Each gemstone requires individual care. For instance, emeralds should not be cleaned ultrasonically, while diamonds can be safely washed with mild soap and warm water. Please refer to our dedicated care guide for detailed instructions.
